Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days, but may be delayed. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages shipped with UPS, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage Mail are shipped with $100 insurance. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim if there is a problem with shipment. If you would like to add additional insurance to an order, you may send a request via one of the channels listed in the "contact information" section of this website.
You may choose the option of having an "open bag" - the code "OPENBAG" at check out will eliminate shipping charges for your order. Having an open bag allows you to build up a bigger order without having to pay shipping multiple times. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us to request shipment of your package. Shipping fees will be due upon requested shipping time. Due to space limitations, open bags must be closed and shipped within four months of original purchase date. Open orders that do not have shipping paid within four months of the first "open bag" purchase may be closed without notice - items will go back up for sale, and the original purchaser will forfeit the items with no refund option given.
